Marbles in cup (intrinsic strength)
Walk on Toes for 5 yards x 3 sets
Walk on Heals for 5 yards x 3 sets
Balance on one leg with knee straight with eyes closed 3 sets for 30 seconds each (proprioception)
Balance with a touch 10 x
